Terms of service

Last updated October 10, 2026

By creating a FlyLine Inspect account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

FlyLine Inspect is a tool for recording stage rigging inspections, deficiencies and repairs. It does not inspect anything itself and does not decide whether rigging is safe to use: that judgment belongs to your qualified inspectors, following ANSI E1.47 and the manufacturer's guidance. Reports are only as good as what was entered. We aren't responsible for injuries, damage, equipment failures, missed or wrong findings, or disputes between you and the venues you serve. FlyLine Inspect does not handle payments between you and your clients.

Your data

Your company's records belong to you. You can export them at any time, and we'll send a copy on request. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep FlyLine Inspect running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using FlyLine Inspect at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
